• Build lean muscle and bone density in a 60 minute class designed specifically for seniors. The class is offered two times a week.

In-Home Assistance

• Technology – computers, phones, tablets, etc.
• Handy person tasks (minor home repairs such as changing batteries and light bulbs, replace smoke detectors, hang pictures, etc.)
• Organizing

Free Notary Services

Lock Box

•  A high-security, tamper-resistant container to store keys, access cards, or other entry items, allowing firefighters, paramedics, and police to gain rapid, non-destructive access during emergencies

Home Safety and Earthquake Preparedness Program

• Special for 2026 - Full Members can benefit from the Home Safety and Earthquake Preparedness Program which includes opportunities to safe proof your home, safety presentations, a refrigerator magnet with emergency numbers, and a Go Bag for any emergency.

A note about our generous Foster City Village volunteers:

In order to keep everyone safe, our volunteers cannot provide help lifting or moving heavy objects, or handling requests that carry a higher risk of injury (e.g. clearing gutters, moving furniture, carrying large items from Costco, etc.)
